| Easter holidays are from April 7th to April 18th 2008 Spring Half-term is from 26th May to 30th May 2008. Summer Term ends on Wednesday 23rd July 2003. |
| Mobile Library |
| The Mobile Library service calls in the village on alternate Tuesdays. The dates, times and locations for the next visits are available here. |
| Recycling Facilities |
All of the plastic and can banks around the district were removed during March and April. This decision was by South Oxfordshire District Council made because plastics and cans can be recycled using the kerbside boxes. The money that will be saved will then be used in the future to go towards paying for recycling banks for other items that are not collected in the kerbside boxes. |

| Community Waste Service |
The SODC provides Community Waste vehicles at various times and location in the county for the disposal of unwanted domestic waste. |
