| Easter holidays are from April 11th to April 25th 2011 Spring Half-term is from 30th May to 3rd June 2011. Summer Term ends on Wednesday 22nd July 2011. |
| Mobile Library |
| The Mobile Library service calls in the village on alternate Tuesdays. The dates, times and locations for the next visits are available here. |
| Recycling Facilities |
All of the plastic and can banks around the district were removed during March and April. This decision was by South Oxfordshire District Council made because plastics and cans can be recycled using the kerbside boxes. The money that will be saved will then be used in the future to go towards paying for recycling banks for other items that are not collected in the kerbside boxes. |

The SODC provides Community Waste vehicles at various times and location in the county for the disposal of unwanted domestic waste. |
